Really long wait times, don't show up on time as you should expect to be seen at least one hour after your scheduled appointment time. Also, billing practices are to be double checked, mistakes with billing insurance and myself. Too bad as the doctors are quite nice and I do like the quality of care, it's just getting in and the billing departments that rate a 1-2 star
