This place is a disaster. People are rude, and the building is crumbling. Drive up Summer street and then on to Raymond Ave to get to the Magnolia Post office 100x better.
I have used the "hold mail" service twice in the last month and a half and have had to register a complaint about nondelivery twice in order to receive my mail. This most recent time, I waited two days past the agreed upon date of delivery before registering a complaint and did not receive my mail. Why use a service that doesn't live up to the agreed upon dates of "hold"?
